Pro-active Account Manager - Edgware, Middlesex

As a pro-active account manager you will actively call existing clients to 'health check' their equipment and offer value-added services and product purchase incentives.

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service attitude
  • Ability to understand and work to KPI's
  • Ability to work in a small team or sole project
  • Well organized with a good attention to detail
  • Updating customer information on in-house database daily
  • Offer replacements, upgrades and service maintenance agreements
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot client systems (preferred)

Installation Technician - JTECH Middle East

Job Description

Our partners in Dubai are currently seeking a technician experienced in installation or service at customer locations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Technician in one of the following fields - TV, Satellite, Radio, Electronics, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Telephone, LAN
  • A quick learner, able to install equipment to meet high quality standards
  • Knowledge or experience of radio or paging communications is an advantage
  • Experience of working alongside 3rd party suppliers and contractors at client locations
  • Excellent computer skills (Windows, MS Office etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Duties (full training provided)

  • Installation and service of paging and radio equipment
  • Radio frequency range tests at client premises
  • Pre-installation site surveys
  • Report to line manager
  • Site service calls and fault diagnosis
  • Traveling on a daily basis to customer sites for installation/service
  • Work to company H & S Standards
  • Education

  • GCSE
  • NVQ or equivalent (major in Electronics)
  • Personal Attributes

  • Excellent face to face customer skills
  • Able to work in a small, highly focused team aimed at meeting deadlines

  • DRIVING LICENSE ESSENTIAL (Clean)
  • PASSPORT ESSENTIAL
