As a pro-active
account manager you will actively call existing clients to 'health check'
their equipment and offer value-added services and product purchase
incentives.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service attitude
- Ability to understand
and work to KPI's
- Ability to work
in a small team or sole project
- Well organized
with a good attention to detail
- Updating customer
information on in-house database daily
- Offer replacements,
upgrades and service maintenance agreements
- Technical aptitude
to troubleshoot client systems (preferred)
- Candidates should
live within reasonable distance of Edgware, N. London.
